Its gentle design makes it safe for regular use, if needed. For best results, drink plenty of water and maintain a nutritious whole foods diet rich in natural fiber.

BOTANICAL INGREDIENTS:
Butternut bark, Cascara Sagrada bark, Fresh Dandelion root and leaf, Fenugreek seed, Rhubarb root, Angelica root, Ginger root
 
OTHER INGREDIENTS:
Purified Water, Organic Grain and/or Cane Alcohol, Vegetable Glycerin.
 
SUGGESTED USE:
3-4 droppers with water, 2-3 times a day, or as needed. Not intended for continuous use. Store in a cool dry place. Shake well before use.
